Redmi Note 13 series debuted in China in September. The lineup consists of Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+. Post the official debut, there’ve been talks about the Redmi Note 13 series launching in global markets including India. Xiaomi has now confirmed the India launch date for the Redmi Note 13 series.

Redmi Note 13 series India launch date
Redmi Note 13 series is scheduled to release on January 4th, 2024. We’re expecting Xiaomi to bring all three phones in India. The launch event will most likely be livestreamed for everyone to watch it online.
Redmi Note 13 Pro+, Redmi Note 13 Pro price, specs
In China, Redmi Note 13 starts at CNY 1,199 (Rs 13,900 approx), while the Pro model has a starting price of CNY 1,499 (Rs 17,400 approx). The base model of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ starts at CNY 1,999 (Rs 22,800 approx). These are just the conversion rates but the Redmi Note 13 series is expected to be priced around the same in India.
Redmi Note 13 Pro+, Redmi Note 13 Pro specifications
- Display: Redmi Note 13 Pro+ and Redmi Note 13 feature the same 6.67-inch 1.5K FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
- Processor: Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra SoC, while the 13 Pro packs the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC.
- RAM and storage: In China, Redmi Note 13 Pro+ comes in three variants: 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB. The Pro has up to five variants: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB.
- Cameras: Both phones feature a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, there’s a 16MP front camera on the Redmi Note 13 Pro series.
- Battery, charging: Redmi Note 13 Pro+ packs a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The Pro gets a bigger 5,100mAh battery but with 67W fast charging support.
- Software: On the software front, both phones run Android 13-based MIUI 14 out-of-the-box.
